0.1 Card Block

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “0” to select “To Block Your ATM Card, UPI, Internet Banking”
• Press “1” to select option “Card Block”
• If IVR asks, please enter last 4 digit of the account number or card number
• Press 1 to confirm blocking of card.
• You Card will be blocked, and an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number Service availability conditions

0.2 Blocking of Internet Banking

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “0” to select “To Block Your ATM Card, UPI, Internet Banking”
• Press “2” to select option “INB Blocking”
• IVR will ask for your confirmation for blocking the INB User ID. Press 1 to confirm blocking of INB.
• If IVR asks for your Date of Birth, please enter your DoB in DDMMYYYY format. IVR will announce the DoB entered by you. Press 1 to confirm or Press 2 to re-enter.
• You INB User ID will be blocked, and an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number.

0.3 Blocking of UPI Services

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “0” to select “To Block Your ATM Card, UPI, Internet Banking”
• Press “3” to select option “UPI Blocking”
• Please enter Last 4-digits of account numbers on which you wish to block UPI services
• UPI services on the account number will be blocked, and an SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number

1.1 & 1.2 Account Balance & Last 5 Txn through

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 or 1800 2100.
• Opt for language.
• Press ‘1’ for “Account Balance and Statement”
• Enter the last 4 digit of account number, if asked for.
• IVR will announce the Balance.
• Then, Press “1” for to last 5 transactions,
• IVR will announce the last 5 transactions and send an SMS to your mobile number.

1.3 Account Statement

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language.
• Press “1” for “Account Balance and Statement”
• IVR will announce the Balance.
• Subsequently, Press ‘2’ For Account Statement,
• The account statement will be sent at the email address registered with the Bank.

1.4 CIF Enquiry(NEW SERVICES)

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “­1” for “Account Balance & Statement”
• Enter the last 4 digit of account number, if asked for,
• Press “3” for “CIF Enquiry”.
• CIF along with Home Branch code will be sent to your registered Mobile Number.

1.5 Nomination Status(NEW SERVICES)

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language.
• Press “1” to for “Account Balance and Statement”
• Enter the last 4 digit of account number, if asked for,  
• Press “4” for “Nomination Enquiry”.
• Nomination Status will be announced by IVR.

Step by Step of services available at Contact Centre: Debit Card & Cheque Book Related

2.1 Green PIN generation

Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.

• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “2” for “ATM Card & Cheque Book ”
• Press “1” for “ATM Card PIN Generation”.
• Enter “Last 5 Digits” of Account Number
• Enter “Last 5 Digits” of Card Number
• Enter your year of Birth in “YYYY” format
• One Time PIN generation will be sent to your registered mobile number which will be used for generating permanent PIN through SBI ATM.

2.2 Debit Card Dispatch Status Enquiry

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “2” for “ATM Card & Chequebook Related services”
• Subsequently, press 2 for “Debit Card Tracking”.
• If IVR asks for last 4 digit of the account number, please enter the last 4 digit of account number against which the debit card is issued.
• IVR will announce the dispatch status of the latest card issued against your account. An SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile number. Service availability conditions

2.3 Card Reissuance

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press 2 for ‘ATM Card & Chequebook Related services’
• Press “3” for “Card reissuance”.
• If IVR asks for Last 4 digit of the account number- please enter the last 4 digit of account number for your account against which the blocked card needs to be reissued.
• Please enter your DOB in DDMMYYYY format
• Your card will be reissued and will be sent to your registered address.

2.4 Cheque Book Request

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press 2 for ‘ATM Card & Chequebook Related services’
• Press “4” for “Cheque Book issuance”.
• If IVR asks please enter the last 4 digit of account number for your account
• The Cheque Book will be issued and will be delivered at your registered addressed.

2.5 Cheque Book Dispatch Status Enquiry

• Call Contact Centre Toll-Free Number 1800 1234 from your mobile.
• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “2” for “ATM Card & Chequebook Related services”.
• Subsequently, press “5” for “Cheque Book Tracking”.
• If IVR asks, please enter the last 4 digit of account number against which cheque book is issued.
• IVR will announce the dispatch status and an SMS will also be sent to your registered mobile number. Service availability conditions

2.6  ATM Switch On/Off & Limit Amend

• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “­2” to for “ATM Card & Cheque Book”
• Press “6” for “ATM card Switch On/Off”.
• Press “1” to avail Switch On/Off service for enabling/disabling a particular usage channel
• Enter “Last 5 Digits” of Account Number
• Enter “Last 5 Digits” of Card Number
• Enter Year of Birth in “YYYY” format
• For Switching On a particular usage channel, press “0” or for Switching Off press “1”
• Select Usage Channel, press:
  • 0 For International Transactions
  • 1 For Domestic Transactions
  • 2 For ATM Cash Withdrawal Transactions
  • 3 For PoS Transactions
  • 4 For E-Commerce (online) Transactions
  • 5 For Contactless Transactions

On successful validations, IVR announce "A confirmation SMS and email are sent to RMN".

2.7 Cheque Stop(NEW SERVICES)

• Opt for language of your choice.
• Press “2” for “ATM Card & Cheque Book”
• Press “7” for “Cheque Stop Request”.
• If IVR asks, enter the last 4 digit of Account Number
• Enter “6” digit number of cheque to be stopped or enter cheque range to be stopped.
• After stopping of Cheque or cheque range, confirmation will be sent to registered mobile number.

3.4 Home Loan Interest Certificate

• Press “4” for “Home Loan interest certificate”.

• HL Interest certificate will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

3.5 Education Loan Interest Certificate

• Press “3” to for “Interest Certificate, Internet Banking, and SBI YONO”
• Press “5” for “Education Loan interest certificate”.
