With presence across all major global finance hubs, SBI aims to meet foreign currency borrowing requirement of India based corporates. Funding can be arranged in multiple currencies including USD, EURO, GBP and Yen.

SBI underwrites and syndicates foreign currency loans apart from advising on various aspects of foreign currency borrowings, including structuring, syndication and hedging.

Funds are arranged by SBI on a bilateral basis or through syndication.

• The borrower can diversify the investor base when raised through syndication.
