micro credit card - Business

Purpose

To enable credit access on easier terms and through faster process to Micro Enterprises for financing their working capital requirement/business related expenditure. Non-business/ personal expenditure shall not be eligible.

Target Group:

All Udyam registered micro enterprises that have short term and adhoc working capital finance requirement. Micro Enterprises having a valid Udyam Registration Number/Certificate with ‘Micro’ classification and must be a GSS beneficiary financed by the Bank.

Card Limit:

• Minimum- Rs.50,000/-
• Maximum- Rs.5,00,000/-

A Rupay based Credit Card shall be issued.

Nature of Facility:

Credit Card. One Stand-alone Business Credit Card per Micro Enterprise

Margin: 

NIL

Interest Free Period:

Maximum up to 50 days (30 days as the transaction month and further 20 days for making payment from date of bill generation)

Security:

To be covered under Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE)
