Eligibility

• Individuals, Group of farmers/ growers, Partnership/ Proprietary firms, Companies, Corporations, NGOs, SHGs, Co-operatives.

Interest Rate

1. For loan limit up to Rs. 50 Lakhs: 1-year MCLR+200 bp
2. For loan limit above Rs. 50 Lakhs: As per Bank’s norms

Security

1. Primary: Mortgage of Land & Building, Hypothecation of Asset created out of Bank finance.
2. Collateral:
   • For loans up to Rs. 10.00 lakhs: Nil

     (To be covered under PM MUDRA Yojana.)

   • For Other Categories:
     • Loans up to Rs. 2 lakhs: NIL
     • For Loan above Rs. 2 Lakhs: Minimum 25% of the loan amount.

Documentation

• Application Form
• Two Passport Size Photographs.
• Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Original Title Deeds, House/ Property tax payment receipts. Title Investigation Report (TIR) as per Bank’s extant instructions.
• Any other document as per sanction.
