  • Maximum: Rs 50.00 Crs
• Repayment Term:
  • Term loan - 120 months including moratorium.
  • Working Capital (Clean OD) – 12 months (no moratorium)
• Repayment type:
  • Term loan - Equated Half yearly installments (EHI).
  • Working Capital (Clean OD): On Demand.
• Margin:
  • Loan up to Rs. 2 Lacs: Nil
  • Loan above Rs. 2 Lacs: Minimum 25%.
• Moratorium period: Maximum 24 Months (only for term loan).
• Subsidy: Under any State/ Central Government scheme.

Interest Rate

• For loan limit up to Rs. 50 Lakhs: 1-year MCLR+200 bp
• For loan limit above Rs. 50 Lakhs: As per Bank’s norms

Upfront fee

• As per Extant instructions of Bank from time to time.

• As per Bank's extant guidelines

• Application Form
• Two Passport Size Photographs.
• Detailed Project Report (DPR)
• Original Title Deeds, House/ Property tax payment receipts. Title Investigation Report (TIR) as per Bank’s extant instructions.
• Any other document as per sanction.
