The Cyber Security Centre of Excellence (CSCoE) is a strategic institutional capability established to strengthen governance-led cyber resilience, accelerate structured innovation, and enable intelligence-driven defence across the enterprise and the BFSI ecosystem.
CSCoE serves as a centralized hub for cyber policy, research, innovation, benchmarking, and cyber defence aligned with enterprise governance frameworks and national cyber resilience priorities.

(a) Vision
CSCoE is a centralized capability hub advancing innovation, research, benchmarking, policy alignment, cyber education, citizen outreach, cyber defence, and advisory services.
It aims to elevate SBI’s cybersecurity posture and position the Bank as a national cyber lighthouse in cyber trust, cyber risk, and secure financial infrastructure.
